This role is responsible for contributing to commercial targets by identifying and analyzing the training needs of all sales channels and developing a strategic plan to include training delivery and training programs to drive the business in alignment with global sales and business strategy.

- Lead revision of training materials
- Oversee quality assurance of translations
- Ensure retail teams possess functional knowledge
- Support Franchise training operations
- Support Wholesale training operation
- Provide feedback on program content
- Lead local initiatives
- Leverage technology in training
- Manage and optimize training budget
- Encourage continuous improvement
- Support individual and team development
- Collaborate with HRBP
- Manage communication with stakeholders
- Conduct market visits
المؤهلات
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational organization
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- University degree in Business /HR /L&D or any related field
