SVP, Executive Director Strategy

Codeword is looking for a Head of Strategy to guide our work developing brands and communications strategies. You will be responsible for Codeword’s work across audience research, digital strategy, brand strategy, content, and PR. You will report to agency partners and be a vital member of the leadership team.

- Guide Codeword’s strategic approach and help it evolve
- Coach and mentor strategy team members
- Advocate internally for the strategy team
- Collaborate with leadership on high-level business decisions
- Develop and productize strategy offerings and frameworks
- Engage senior clients in strategic business conversations
- Help drive new business through pitching and RFPs
المؤهلات
- At least a dozen years of experience building brands in an agency setting
- Experience working with technology and AI brands
- Proven team leader and mentor
- Fluent in brand strategy, social media, and measurement
- Innovator’s mindset that thrives on ambiguity
