To achieve monthly targets assigned and ensure that all Retention activities are directed at meeting assigned targets. To develop and implement Retention strategies and objectives as well as set challenging Retention target and ensure that these targets are achieved.

  • Analysis of leads received
  • Conversion of leads into Retain
  • Updating all systems as per calls with customers
  • Constant follow up with departments concerned
  • Handling and resolving customer issues
  • Compilation of daily and monthly reports

المؤهلات

  • University Graduate
  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar work environment
  • Preferably has a practical marketing background
