Branch Coordinator

As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our grocery branches, driving performance, and supporting branch teams to deliver excellence.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily operations of assigned grocery branch
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
- Support and guide branch team leaders in managing staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Manage branch-level reporting, stock levels, and operational needs
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
المؤهلات
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or grocery operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate branch-level operations
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma preferred
