As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our grocery branches, driving performance, and supporting branch teams to deliver excellence.

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned grocery branch
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
  • Support and guide branch team leaders in managing staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Manage branch-level reporting, stock levels, and operational needs
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or grocery operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate branch-level operations
  • Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma preferred
