Al Omara Textiles is seeking Arabic National retail salespersons for their Doha branch. Established in 1983, Al Omara is a recognized textiles store in the Gulf Region. The role involves greeting customers, providing outstanding service, managing financial transactions, and assisting with inventory.
المسؤوليات
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner
- Responds to customers’ questions
- Directs customers by escorting them through the shop
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records
- Manages financial transactions
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing cash other credit and debit cards
- Alerts management of potential security issues
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
المؤهلات
- Must be an Arabic National
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Must speak Arabic fluently
- Reading and writing English is required
- Must possess general computer skills
