Your role: As Part of the Siemens Customer Care Centre team: You will be part of experienced Customer Care Centre representatives and will be responsible for coordinating the daily customer service requests for the UAE and the lower Gulf countries Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain. In your role as CCC Service Coordinator, you will be accountable for providing assistance, support and information for Siemens Healthineers customers and for several Siemens offices to meet customers’ needs, to ensure customer satisfaction and the performance demands through effective communication and problem-solving.

المسؤوليات

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers
  • Maintenance Operation including Call handling, ticket creation, clarification, Dispatching till ticket closure
  • Direct communication with Siemens Customers to coordinate and schedule field service activities and resources
  • Creation and monitoring of different types of notifications based on customer requests
  • Scheduling CSE’s and CES’s based on requested field service jobs in respective regions
  • Coordinate the dispatch activities of the CSE’s for onsite visits, preventive maintenance visits, and CES’s visits
  • Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assigned CSEs/CESs of related service requests
  • Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well communicated, documented, prioritized and organized for review & follow-up actions

المؤهلات

  • Graduated Biomedical Engineer (preferred), or studied Electrical Engineering/ Clinical Engineering or related courses of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a must
  • Proficiency in English is a must
