المسؤوليات
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
- Provide assistance across administrative and operational tasks
المؤهلات
- Proven track record of managing client relationships (hospitality, client success, or sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle various tasks with attention to detail
- Empathetic understanding of client needs
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
