As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering our products and services. Your goal will be to establish strong relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients in the Arabic language
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services
- Identify and assess client needs through active listening and probing questions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Handle objections from potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities
المؤهلات
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the Arabic language fluently
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry
