This role manages and grows existing client accounts while developing new strategic B2B relationships with a focus on solution selling and disciplined CRM usage.
المسؤوليات
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts across products and services
- Build and execute account plans to increase revenue
- Identify and onboard new strategic accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Zoho Bigin
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with Finance on pricing and payments
المؤهلات
- Strong experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales
- Advanced Zoho Bigin proficiency
