Reservations Agent

Vibes Tourism is seeking a full-time Reservations Agent to join our team on-site in Beirut, Lebanon. The Reservations Agent will handle hotel bookings, communicate with clients through various channels, and ensure a seamless reservation process. The role includes managing customer inquiries, providing recommendations, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs promptly and effectively. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting operational efficiency.
