Head of People & Culture at Human-Centered Social Network Startup

We’re seeking a naturally people-led, emotionally intelligent, and self-directed People & Culture Manager (part-time) to nurture, protect, and amplify the human heartbeat of LifeBonder. You’ll be the consistent point of care for our people — supporting new hires as they onboard, checking in with existing team members to monitor wellbeing and performance, and actively shaping a culture where individuals feel supported, aligned, and energised. Please be aware that this is an UNPAID opportunity.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with newly hired team members.
- Hold ongoing check-ins with existing staff to support wellbeing and engagement.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for team members.
- Conduct exit interviews to gain insights for retention.
- Chair and facilitate monthly cross-functional team meetings.
- Provide professional development micro learning sessions.
- Serve as the ambassador of LifeBonder's culture and values.
المؤهلات
- Previous professional experience as a counsellor, therapist, or similar people-support role is essential.
- Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and able to hold space.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Global mindset shaped by growing up or living in a culturally diverse country.
