Employee Relations Officer

Elegancia Services is looking for an Employee Relations Officer in Doha. The role involves handling employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases while ensuring compliance with HR policies and Qatar Labour Law. You will support managers and employees on ER-related matters and maintain accurate documentation.

- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Proficiency in MS Office
