Execute the sales strategy and develop action plans for the assigned territory in line with business priorities. Drive and monitor implementation of the regional pricing strategy. Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers across the assigned area. Lead the execution of key strategic sales initiatives within the territory.

  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers
  • Lead the execution of key strategic sales initiatives
  • Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate activities across key internal interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts and monitor KPIs
  • Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in construction materials
  • Strong preference for experience in waterproofing products and / or building chemicals
  • Solid experience working with applicators, contractors, and key project stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
