Manager - Recreation & Engagement (DEL 3)

The Manager - Recreation & Engagement leads the governance and delivery of recreational, leisure, and community engagement services within Qiddiya Workers Villages. You will ensure structured activity programming, facility utilization, and contractor performance management to enhance resident well-being.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement the recreation and engagement strategy for Workers Villages
- Establish activity programming calendars and community initiatives
- Oversee recreational facility utilization and readiness
- Manage recreation service providers and instructors
- Capture resident feedback and engagement metrics to drive improvement
- Ensure HSE and safeguarding compliance for all activities
- Support community events and special programs
- Approve activity programs and engagement initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recreation management, community engagement, or hospitality
- At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multi-site or contractor-led services
- Experience in workforce accommodation or community living environments is preferred
