TENDER SPECIALIST

We are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Specialist to manage government and private project tenders, prepare compliant proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for manpower supply, hospitality, and cleaning staff projects in Qatar.
المسؤوليات
- Review tender notices and bid invitations from government and private clients
- Prepare, compile, and format tender documentation and technical offers
- Manage registration documents with ministries in Qatar
- Maintain organized database of tenders and submissions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and price lists
- Monitor tender addenda and clarify client communications
- Supervise operational team after tender approval for smooth execution
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years experience in tender preparation in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of tender procedures and government e-tender portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
