Services Delivery Leader Turkey

Service Delivery Leader -Turkey is responsible for leading the delivery of high-impact services to key clients, managing service delivery teams, and ensuring that all services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. He/She develops and executes service delivery strategies, managing client relationships at a senior level, and driving the continuous improvement of service delivery processes.

- Coordinates the strategic planning and execution of large-scale service delivery initiatives
- Leads and manages multiple service delivery projects simultaneously
- Contributes to development, modification, and execution of organizational policies
- Coaches a group of diverse talent and networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise
- Acts as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients
- Conducts in-depth analysis of service performance metrics
- Develops and enforces best practices, processes, and methodologies for service delivery
- Drives innovation in service delivery by staying abreast of industry trends
- Collaborates with product development, sales, and support teams
- Prepares and presents comprehensive service delivery reports to senior management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's / master's degree in healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Service Delivery Management, Customer Relationship Management in Medical Devices Industry or equivalent in healthcare sectors.
- Team management experience
- Developed leadership skills
- Strong stakeholders’ management skills and Business Acumen
- Fluent in English and in local language
