Job Title: Sales Specialist – Wellness Clinic. Industry: Wellness / Functional Medicine / Aesthetics. Salary: Fixed Salary + Commission (High Earning Potential). Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Specialist to convert leads into paid consultations and wellness packages. This is a target-driven role for someone confident in WhatsApp follow-ups, phone calls, and closing high-value packages. You will work closely with doctors and wellness practitioners to guide clients and increase repeat bookings.
المسؤوليات
- Convert leads from Instagram, Google, WhatsApp into appointments
- Book paid consultations and wellness programs
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads fast
- Explain wellness programs in simple and convincing language
- Coordinate doctor schedules and program enrollment
- Daily follow-ups via WhatsApp and calls
- Handle objections and create urgency
- Track leads, bookings, and conversions
- Upsell renewals, packages, and add-on therapies
المؤهلات
- 2+ years experience in clinic / wellness / aesthetics / slimming sales
- Proven ability to close AED 3,000 – 30,000 packages
