Admin Assistant

Admin Assistants support the effective running of the school by assisting leadership and administrative colleagues with a range of daily operational, organisational, and communication tasks. You will often be the first point of contact for the school and play an important role in ensuring systems, records, and information are handled professionally.
المسؤوليات
- Respond to priorities as they arise and adapt to changing needs
- Communicate clearly with families, staff, and external contacts
- Follow agreed protocols and escalate matters appropriately
- Provide shared reception support
- Maintaining and updating digital platforms (e.g. MySEK)
- Upload documentation to Aconex
المؤهلات
- Strong English communication skills
- Native Arabic speaker
- Experience in a school or educational setting (Highly valued)
- Knowledge of the NOOR system (An advantage)
