Salesman is responsible for conducting the field sales operations. He / She applies sales knowledge and techniques to achieve his sales targets and collection targets. He / She manages customer relationship through outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution.

  • Follow the daily route plan to make customer visits.
  • Discuss sales order requirements and take sales orders.
  • Audit customer's stock to identify requirements.
  • Provide inputs on competitors' promotions and pricing.
  • Implement sales promotions effectively.
  • Submit orders to Sales Coordinator.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionaly.
  • Coordinate with logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Follow-up with customers for achieving collection targets.
  • Prepare and share collection status reports.
  • Submit cash and checks to cashier.
