Responsible for driving merchant growth, activation, adoption, and retention by enabling commercial teams and ensuring seamless execution across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations. Acts as a central hub between internal stakeholders and merchants to accelerate time-to-value, product adoption, and a high-quality merchant experience across all segments.

- Drive merchant activation and time-to-live
- Enable Sales and Partnerships teams by ensuring merchant readiness
- Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding
- Increase product adoption by collaborating with Product teams
- Manage large merchant portfolios to ensure operational stability
- Deliver customized performance reports to merchants
- Oversee partner settlements and financial reconciliation
- Own merchant support and issue resolution
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Merchant Operations, Fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Experience managing Enterprise and Key Accounts
