We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior HR/ADMIN/LEGAL/PRO/DOH Licensing to join our team at a medical center. The ideal candidate provides HR strategic and operational support.
المسؤوليات
- Provide support for UAE Labor Law requirements, visa processes, DOH License and contracts
- Acting as the primary point for grievance and conflict resolution
- Preparation of legal documents like sale-purchase agreements, PoA, MoA/AoA, and Tenancy agreements
- Represent the company to government departments like DED, Labor department, and Municipality
- Assist HR in preparation of job offers in a legal manner
- Resolve labor related cases or any other court cases
