The Bosch Home Comfort Group is a global provider of efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions. Define and execute the regional commercial strategy of Middle East & Africa in line with Bosch’s mission and vision.
المسؤوليات
- Define and execute the regional commercial strategy of Middle East & Africa
- Lead the dynamic leadership team, setting strategy and performing commercial planning
- Set financial targets and take ownership of the regional P&L
- Lead diverse cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Treasury, Controlling, etc.)
- Act as the regional commercial representative with partners and suppliers
- Monitor financial performance and report to higher management
- Ensure compliance with regional legal requirements
- Create a new direct-sales business model in selected markets
- Improve commercial transaction processes with distributors
المؤهلات
- At least 10 years of experience in the Middle East job market, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven leadership skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Excellent analytical competencies and presentation skills
- Strong competencies in strategic planning, decision-making, and change management
- Proven track record in scaling operations and leading transformations
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
