We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities across our operations in Kuwait. The role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, and ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates in alignment with business needs.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified local and overseas candidates.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with policies.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and talent engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new hires in coordination with HR and operations teams.
- Analyze hiring trends and prepare recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in recruitment
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Knowledge of Kuwait labor law is preferred
