Keenfinity is seeking a commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales mindset who can identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and convert market insights into measurable revenue. You will develop and execute a regional growth strategy, own the full sales cycle, and partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and secure high-value business opportunities to expand market share
- Build trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle — from pipeline creation to negotiation and deal closure
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance updates to leadership
- Represent Keenfinity at industry events to strengthen brand positioning
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 8–12 years of experience in business development or commercial roles
- Proven success in achieving revenue targets and driving market expansion
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market; Bahrain experience is highly desirable
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
