Assistant Contract Manager

The Assistant Manager – Contracts will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. The role supports the Contracts team in ensuring legal, regulatory, and organizational compliance while minimizing risk and aligning contract terms with company objectives.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Develop and maintain standardized contract templates tailored to business needs
- Negotiate and finalize contract terms with external stakeholders and partners
- Manage and monitor contract execution for vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Review and process contract amendments, renewals, and extensions
- Support execution teams to ensure contract milestones and deliverables are met on time
- Analyze potential legal and business risks associated with specific contract provisions
- Ensure compliance with contract deadlines, obligations, and performance conditions
- Maintain an organized system for storing and managing physical and digital contract records
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and commercial terms
