Metlife Gulf is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Agency to join our growing team in UAE. You will be the driving force behind our agency's growth, responsible for building, leading, and motivating a high-performing team of Insurance Agents.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit and develop a team of 10-12 agents
- Proactively identify and onboard top-tier sales talent
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching
- Drive sales growth by actively managing team activities
- Liaise with various departments to resolve customer and agent issues
- Provide regular reports on team performance and market insights
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
المؤهلات
- Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience within UAE's Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams within the UAE
- Bachelor's degree or higher
