Project Manager

Project Manager – Roads within the Operation / Infrastructure division. Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of road and highway infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements. The role oversees the full project lifecycle—from design coordination and construction through testing, commissioning, and handover—while ensuring alignment with client specifications, authority standards, and company objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Lead roads and highways projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out phases
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and execution strategies
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Enforce a safety-first culture across all project activities
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, Saudi regulations, and authority requirements
- Manage approved project budgets, cost control, and cash flow
- Monitor progress against baseline schedules and KPIs
- Oversee design coordination for road works including earthworks, pavement, and drainage
- Manage EPC / construction contracts and contractor performance
- Act as the main interface with clients, consultants, and government authorities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project engineers and site teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Master’s Degree or MBA is strongly preferred
- PMP, Commercial and Strategic certifications are an advantage
- 10–15 years of experience in road, highway, or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale road construction projects
- Strong knowledge of asphalt, pavement design, drainage, and traffic management
- Proficiency in Arabic language is desirable
