To achieve monthly targets assigned. To ensure that all Retention activities are directed at meeting assigned targets. To develop and implement Retention strategies and objectives as well as set challenging Retention target and ensure that these targets are achieved.

المسؤوليات

  • Analysis of leads received
  • Conversion of leads into Retain
  • Updating all systems as per calls with customers
  • Processing requests or offers given to customers
  • Follow up with departments regarding process fulfillment
  • Handling and resolving customer issues
  • Maintaining records of approval and reports
  • Compilation of daily and monthly reports and MIS

المؤهلات

  • University Graduate
  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar work environment
  • Practical marketing background preferred
  • Strong Sales and customer focus
  • Excellent presentation skills
