Shaping and implementing the Museum’s curatorial vision through development, research, and interpretation of its collection. Lead a team of curators in planning long-term displays. Develop a comprehensive collecting strategy covering cultures across continents from deep history to the present. Cultivate long-term partnerships with public and private collections for major loans. Initiate collaborative research. Foster international curatorial networks. Develop collection acquisition standards and tools. Ensure publication of research in print and digital. Manage and monitor the Collections budget. Oversee implementation of procedures for efficiency and accountability.
