Head of Operations - Catering

Guildhall is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee our client's large-scale, multi-site catering operations across Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in industrial or remote-site catering environments, with a strong focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multi-site catering operations, ensuring all contractual KPIs and service quality standards are consistently achieved. Ensure full compliance with QHSE and food safety standards, driving a culture of safety, hygiene, and operational excellence. Develop and manage budgets, manpower, and resource planning, optimizing cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Lead and mentor Operations Managers and Site Managers, setting clear performance targets and ensuring operational consistency across sites. Strengthen and maintain strong client relationships, addressing escalations proactively and ensuring long-term satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational performance. Oversee contract management, logistics coordination, and service delivery to ensure smooth execution across multiple client sites. Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align operations with business strategy and growth objectives. Prepare and present operational reports and performance analyses to the executive team.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 12–18 years of experience in large-scale catering or hospitality operations
- At least 5+ years in senior regional or multi-site leadership
- GCC experience preferred
