This role is focused on supporting the sales team with coordination, reporting, and administration, with Excel being a key skill for success. You will work closely with sales executives to ensure smooth daily operations.

المسؤوليات

  • Support sales executives with daily administrative and coordination tasks
  • Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports and trackers using Excel
  • Manage pricing sheets, documentation, and internal sales records
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Ensure accuracy and organisation of all sales-related data

المؤهلات

  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Administrator
  • Good to very strong Excel skills (data handling, formulas, reporting)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
