This role is focused on supporting the sales team with coordination, reporting, and administration, with Excel being a key skill for success. You will work closely with sales executives to ensure smooth daily operations.
المسؤوليات
- Support sales executives with daily administrative and coordination tasks
- Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports and trackers using Excel
- Manage pricing sheets, documentation, and internal sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Ensure accuracy and organisation of all sales-related data
المؤهلات
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Administrator
- Good to very strong Excel skills (data handling, formulas, reporting)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
