ALG Vacations (ALGV), part of Hyatt, is widely recognized for providing the industry's leading leisure travel experience to destinations worldwide. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing key performance indicators, and managing databases, including personnel catalogs, vacation records, and labor cost data (budget and forecast).

- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and operational data to support decision-making
- Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
- Manage and update databases, including personnel catalogs and vacation records
- Prepare and monitor labor cost reports, including budget and forecast analysis
- Design and deliver dashboards and visual reports for various stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate from an HR stand point with Finance and Operations teams to identify reporting needs
- Provide recommendations based on data trends and insights
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of Data Analysis or related positions
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management
- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
