We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Compliance Manager to join a fast-growing group organization in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic compliance leadership position, helping shape frameworks, culture, and processes from the ground up.
المسؤوليات
- Support the development and implementation of group-wide compliance policies and frameworks
- Advise senior leadership on regulatory risk, governance, and best practices
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance across business units
- Drive a strong compliance culture
- Collaborate with business teams to embed compliance into day-to-day operations
المؤهلات
- Experience in a compliance, risk, or governance role in financial services, corporate, or regulated environments
- Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCEP, CPA, ACCA) are an advantage
