Position: Training and Development Managers. Type: Hourly contract. Compensation: $40–$50/hour. Location: Remote. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week. Role Responsibilities: Design and develop domain-specific questions and scenarios related to training and development workflows. Apply professional expertise to create structured content for AI research and evaluation. Review and refine training-related materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance. Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to validate outputs and improve quality. Contribute insights that help enhance AI systems focused on learning and workforce development. Requirements: Strong professional background in training and development functions. Ability to translate real-world training practices into clear, structured documentation. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
