المسؤوليات
- Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to employees
- Conduct psychological assessments and mental health evaluations
- Manage crisis interventions
- Design and deliver mental health awareness programs
- Advise HR and leadership on mental health policies
المؤهلات
- Master's degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology
- Valid license/registration with relevant professional councils
- 10+ years of relevant clinical or counselling experience
