المسؤوليات
- Serve guests in a professional 5-star hotel environment
- Take and process food and beverage orders
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a waitress (5-star hotel or fine dining preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed, positive attitude, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
