Lear, a global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-Systems, is seeking a Customer Analyst for its Tangier plant. The position covers production planning and customer service activities. This position receives Customer schedules, adds planning data, enters the packages into the company’s MRP system, and manages finished goods distribution.
المسؤوليات
- Receive & Analyze Customer Orders
- Communicate with customers about orders by telephone, email, and videoconferencing
- Update coverage report on daily basis
- Prepare the shipment plan (Direct and Indirect Customers)
- Daily follow up of shipments & transit locations
- Ensure Sales Integration in the System
- Investigating and solving customers' problems
- Prepare the planning based on the Priorities given by customers
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to schedule of production activities
- Assist the manufacturing department to manage the production schedule
- Participate in project milestone meetings
المؤهلات
- Bac+5 degree
- At least 2 years of experience within an automotive Industry
- Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
