Director of Sales & Marketing

The Director of Sales & Marketing at Rosewood Jeddah is responsible for leading and developing a sales team to deliver the Hotel’s Key Performance Indicators and developing marketing strategies to manage customer service aspects of the Sales and Marketing team.
المسؤوليات
- Represent Rosewood Jeddah in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Conduct site visits as required
- Review direct competition and ensure awareness of competitor activities
- Lead and develop a sales team to deliver KPIs (GOP, Total Revenue, ARR, Occ etc.)
- Develop a marketing strategy using characteristics and benefits of the hotel and local area
- Manage the customer service aspect of the Sales and Marketing team
- Supervise the sales team; recognizing training opportunities
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and analyzing variances
