The Shop Technician performs various shop functions to support the manufacturing of drill bits. This role involves hands-on tasks that ensure production runs smoothly, equipment remains in good working condition, and the work environment is safe and clean.
المسؤوليات
- Perform sandblasting and grinding operations on drill bits.
- Wash and clean bits, cutters, and cans.
- Paint drill bits adhering to quality standards.
- Prepare materials for the brazing process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Operate hoists and shop tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Follow documentation and management instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
المؤهلات
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of experience working in manufacturing or construction.
- Ability to operate standard shop equipment (grinders, sandblasters, hoists).
- Good physical ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
