About the Role: As a Sales Head, you will lead and drive the sales function to maximize revenue growth, develop market share, and build strong client relationships. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts to deliver results and uphold the company’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the foodstuff and FMCG market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across the UAE and export markets. Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends to inform decision-making. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior leadership. Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and execution. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers within company guidelines. Ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards across all touchpoints. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales professional, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or general trading. Strong track record in achieving targets and managing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
