Senior Collections Officer

The Senior Collection Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from clients, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. The role involves coordinating with project, billing, and finance teams to resolve payment issues, reduce outstanding balances, and improve cash flow in line with company policies and contractual terms.

- Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices
- Prepare and execute collection plans
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
- Prepare regular aging reports and cash flow forecasts
- Identify potential credit risks
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate collections
