Head of Market Development & Operations

We are looking for a serious, execution-driven professional to build and manage our operational backbone in KSA for a fast-growing wellness brand. This is a hands-on role focused on operations setup, eCommerce management, and logistics.
المسؤوليات
- Set up and manage local warehousing & 3PL relationships
- Manage B2C fulfillment and B2B deliveries
- Oversee website management including product pages and pricing
- Monitor website performance KPIs (CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS)
- Identify and onboard local marketplace opportunities
- Track weekly KPIs and provide reporting to founders
المؤهلات
- 1–3 years in Operations, eCommerce management, or Business development
- Proven experience setting up operations from scratch
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of Salla CMS and 3PL management
