Be the ultimate champion of customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines. Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and escalated if necessary. Achieve set sales targets and exceed the same. Contribute to sales targets with thorough product knowledge, taking opportunities to up sell and cross sell. Ensure store standards are maintained. Comply with store security policies. Use advanced selling skills to generate high value transactions. Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise.
