International Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager (International Markets) with strong expertise in tendering and strategic sales within the Power Transformer domain. The candidate will drive business growth across Europe, US, and Africa.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute business growth strategies for Europe, US, and Africa
- Identify new markets, customers, and partners
- Lead end-to-end tendering process including bid review and pricing
- Ensure competitive techno-commercial offers submission
- Manage major international accounts
- Prepare market intelligence reports
- Monitor sales targets and prepare MIS updates
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and MBA preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in Business Development/Tendering in Transformers
- International market experience in Europe/US/Africa
