RAKBANK is seeking a leader to design and execute end-to-end value propositions for SME customers, driving product penetration and primary banking relationships.
المسؤوليات
- Define SME proposition strategy and lifecycle campaigns
- Collaborate with Lending, Payments, and Digital teams
- Introduce partnership-led propositions
- Track and report KPIs including cross-sell and campaign ROI
- Lead and build a high-performing team
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
المؤهلات
- 12+ years of experience in banking with strong exposure to SME/Business Banking
- Proven track record in product management and customer segmentation
- Bachelor’s degree required
