Sr. Analyst, GTM Business Operations

The GTM Business Operations team mandate is to drive revenue growth through sales performance and efficiency of the Commercial, Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales teams. You will realize growing revenue targets, scale the organization sustainably, and address GTM challenges and opportunities.
المسؤوليات
- Evaluate and diagnose sales team performance
- Own analytical models (forecasting, productivity models)
- Act as thought partners to sales leadership
- Identify and drive initiatives to scale business segments
- Identify risks to growth goals and develop mitigation plans
- Support quarterly business activities and development of executive materials
المؤهلات
- 4+ years of experience in analytical roles (Consulting, Business Operations, Sales Operations, etc.)
- Kind and collaborative orientation
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Deep comfort with data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Fully fluent in English
