Fighting Fish is a thriving restaurant and bar in Richmond. We're looking for an experienced individual who has an interest in cocktail menu creation and knowledge of upscale dining practices.
المسؤوليات
- Engage with guests to ensure smooth professional operations
- Handle FOH/bar inventory and ordering
- Schedule and manage FOH staff
- Create and oversee the seasonal craft cocktail program
- Track alcohol program cost percentages and performance metrics
- Holiday planning and event implementation
المؤهلات
- 5+ years of bartending and serving experience
- Must be a strong bartender with cocktail creation experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
