Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and document control support to the Finance function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination.
المسؤوليات
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
- Maintain organized records and electronic filing systems
- Track submission and circulation of finance documents
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants
- Maintain logs for bank guarantees and contracts
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Accounting
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in the GCC region preferred
