The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of key corporate accounts within the Mobility Solutions sector at Al-Futtaim. You will ensure customer retention and maximize revenue opportunities by developing strong client relationships and contributing to sales strategies.
**What You Will Do:**
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure customer retention.
* Build strong account management relationships with customers.
* Plan and implement customer retention strategies.
* Win new customers through proactive prospecting techniques (cold calling).
* Contribute to the formulation of policy and strategy within sales and marketing.
* Prepare periodic reports to assist in business acquisition planning.
* Work with accounts team to minimize debts.
**What Qualifies You:**
* Proven prospect database development and sales achievements.
* Experience with large corporations and government entities.
* Sales and Business Development background.
* Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
* Good applied knowledge of MS Office.
