Strategy & M&A Manager / Senior Manager

Bupa Türkiye serves as an integrated healthcare services company in line with Bupa's growth strategy in Türkiye and Bupa’s global vision. As part of our continued growth journey, we are seeking a Strategy & M&A Manager / Senior Manager to lead high-impact strategic and transactional initiatives across organic and inorganic growth, transformation, and market expansion. This role will work closely with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to shape Bupa Türkiye’s future portfolio and operating model.

- Lead organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including evaluation of new markets, products, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities
- Own end-to-end M&A project execution, coordinating internal teams and external advisors across due diligence, valuation, deal documentation, and transaction closing
- Lead commercial due diligence and market assessments to evaluate investment attractiveness and strategic fit
- Develop business cases, financial models, and valuation analyses to support investment and strategic decisions
- Drive market entry and go-to-market strategy projects, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Prepare and present executive-level materials for Management and Board discussions
- Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality outputs, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of excellence
- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align strategic initiatives with operational priorities
- Monitor implementation of strategic and transformation initiatives, identifying risks and ensuring delivery of targeted outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, investment banks, legal counsel, and consultants
- Apply structured problem-solving and creative thinking to address complex business challenges
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of professional experience
- Top-tier or Big 4 consulting experience in strategy, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or M&A
- Proven track record leading projects across the full deal cycle
- Experience leading strategy projects, including commercial due diligence, market entry, growth strategy, and portfolio optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop project teams, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver complex projects end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to operate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel modelling skills applied to strategic and investment decision-making
